SWEETIE TREATS
Hey, working girls! I know we’ve been so busy working all day and we have no time to prepare for something healthy and easy to do desserts, aside from it is low in fat, it will also energize you for a whole day... you can bring this to the office, school or can be a sweet gift to your loved ones...
I prepare a dessert that is soooo easy, you don't need to be a pastry chef to do this and this is not expensive... Get your pen and paper and start writing it down and try this.
CRUNCHY CRUNCH
INGREDIENTS
100g butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons golden syrup
2 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup crushed nuts
1 egg, beaten
Extra crushed nuts
PROCEDURE:
1. Melt butter, brown sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan over a low heat.
2. Mix oats, nuts, eggs and melted butter mixture until well combined.
3. Divide mixture into 4 even portions and shape into bars.
4. Roll each bar in crushed nuts, wrap in foil and set in refrigerator. Serve cut into small bars.
This will make 48 crunchy crunch.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
